She has enabled thousands of executives across Asia Pacific to champion major change initiatives, including digital transformations, ERP rollouts, customer experience optimization, M&As, restructures, and culture shifts.
As an accomplished Prosci advanced instructor, Catherine is passionate about advancing change capabilities by facilitating certification programs that develop skilled, confident change leaders.
Catherine stays on the leading edge of change management through ongoing research with King’s College London (Neuroscience), Chinese University of Hong Kong (Organizational Psychology), and Macquarie University, Australia (HR Management).
Her background in public relations and employee engagement informs her approach to stakeholder communication and motivation.

Mariella Gatt
With extensive experience guiding leaders through complex organizational transformations, Mariella excels at navigating changes across multiple regions and industries. She has enabled the successful driving of initiatives involving strategies, programs and processes through platforms at international consultancies and firms.
Mariella’s diverse and global background in consulting, projects, programs and training provides invaluable expertise for organizational shifts. Continuing to develop her skills in areas like organizational psychology and HR management keeps her knowledge at the forefront of best practices.
Based in Hong Kong for over a decade, Mariella maintains strong regional and local connections through research collaborations and community involvement.
