*Payment Policy*
1. Upon registration for the training course, participants are obligated to pay the full course fee in advance. Please note that all fees paid are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-attendance, late arrival, or early departure.
*Cancellation Policy*
1. Participants are allowed a one-time opportunity to postpone their participation in the training course. To exercise this option, participants must send a formal request via email to training@changeaccomplishment.com no less than three weeks prior to the scheduled start of the course. Requests for postponement received after this deadline will not be accommodated.
*Privacy Policy*
1. Personal information collected during the registration process will be used solely for the purposes of administering the training course, and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.
*Liability Waiver*
1. CA is not responsible for any personal injury or damage to property that may occur during the training course. Participants agree to attend and participate at their own risk.
*Changes to Course Delivery*
1. CA reserves the right to make alterations to the timing, date, venue, or method of delivery (i.e., in-person or virtual) of the training course due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond CA’s control. Participants will be notified of any such changes as soon as possible.
*Compliance with Laws*
1. All participants must comply with relevant laws and regulations while attending the course, including but not limited to those relating to health and safety, data protection, and intellectual property rights.
*Course Completion*
1. Completion of the course and receipt of any certification or accreditation associated with it may be contingent upon satisfactory completion of all course assessments and assignments, as determined by CA.
*Dispute Resolution*
1. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions or participation in the course shall be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be settled through arbitration or legal proceedings, as deemed necessary by CA.
Participants’ registration and payment for the training course signify their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions in full.
