Payment Policy
Participants are required to pay full tuition fees before the course. If the student is unable to complete the course due to personal reasons (including but not limited to absence, lateness, early departure, etc.), the fees paid will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy
Participants have one opportunity to defer their participation in the training course. If students are unable to complete the course on time, they must email the student at least three weeks before the scheduled start of the course. training@changeaccomplishment.com no less than three weeks prior to the scheduled start of the course. Requests for postponement received after this deadline will not be accommodated.

Privacy Policy
Personal information collected during the project will be used solely for the purpose of administering the training course and will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law.

Liability Waiver
CAHK assumes no responsibility for any personal injury or property damage that may occur during training sessions. By registering for the Program, participants agree to attend and participate at their own risk.

Changes to Course Delivery
CAHK reserves the right to change the time, date, location or mode of delivery (i.e. online or offline) of training programs due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond CAHK's control. Participants will be notified of any such changes as soon as possible.

Compliance with Laws
All participants must comply with relevant laws and regulations when participating in the project, including but not limited to health and safety, data protection, intellectual property rights and other relevant laws and regulations.

Course Completion
Completion of the course and receipt of any certification or recognition associated with it shall be subject to completion of all assessments as determined by the CAHK.

Dispute Resolution
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions or participation in the training program shall be resolved through negotiation. If a solution cannot be reached, CAHK will resolve the dispute through arbitration or legal proceedings when necessary.

Online Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how ChangeAccomplishment HK Ltd., (“CAHK,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) collects, uses, and discloses personal information about you that we collect through from you or that you provide to us when you register for an account on the CAHK web site (the “Site”), and any other online services that we operate and that include a link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”). Data Retention
Our retention periods for personal information are based on business and legal requirements. We retain personal information as is necessary for the processing purpose(s) for which the personal information was collected and any other permissible, related purpose, and as permitted or required by the applicable laws. For example, if you register on our Services, we will store your information for as long as needed to maintain your account, provide you the Services or other functionality as you request it, enforce any applicable terms that govern your use of the Services, and maintain appropriate records to reflect our delivery of Services to you.

Data Transfers
CAHK is headquartered in Hong Kong, and we process and store the information we collect from you, regardless of your location, in HK. If you are based outside HK, we transfer your personal information to, and process your personal information on, servers located in HK., a jurisdiction that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection as your home jurisdiction. By reference to the section headed "Disclosure of Your Information" above, your personal information may also be transferred to, stored, and processed in HK or other jurisdictions where the third parties are located or from which the third parties provide us services. Deletion Request Rights
Hong Kong residents have the right to request that we delete Hong Kong Personal Information, subject to certain exceptions. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request pursuant to the “Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights” section below, we will delete your Hong Kong Personal Information from our records, unless an exception applies.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf through a signed written permission that authorizes the agent to act on your behalf. You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice within a 12-month period. Your request must provide information sufficient to permit us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected California Personal Information, or an authorized agent of that person. In order to verify your request, we may require you to provide additional information, including account profile information such as your Services email address and other information elements necessary to verify your identity. Your request also must include sufficient detail for us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with California Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the California Personal Information relates to you.

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. Subject to certain exceptions, you have the rights to not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your access, data portability, opt-out, and deletion rights described above.
